Welcome to the first ever weekly round up of the #RememberingTheseDays Instagram community. The place to share your precious family memories. I host this community with the lovely Laura over at Life with Baby Kicks.
Whatever the memory, or life event you want to record, joining in is simple, just tag your favourite photos #rememberingthesedays over on Instagram. Each Sunday Laura and I will choose our four favourites. Please follow Mudpie Fridays here and Life with Baby Kicks here on Instagram to see if you have been featured.
So onto this weeks favourites, considering it’s our first week we have had a whopping 234 tags which is amazing. I would like to say a big thank you to everyone who has joined us. Afterall it’s you guys that makes the community and I hope you have had as much fun looking at everyone’s photos as we have.
It was a tough decision but mine are:
- ‘Bug Hunt’ by PlayAtHomeTeacher, she looks so engrossed in what she is doing unaware of the camera.
- Singing in the rain, what a wonderful capture by MelodiesNMotherhood
- Didn’t we all have a soft toy that went everywhere with us? Gorgeous woodland shot by MyMummysPennies
- ‘Sibling Love’ by DearBearandBeany, such a lovely picture of sisters together
Please pop over and visit their feeds by clicking on their names above.
My favourite photo this week from my feed is this gorgeous one of Kipper smiling at Hubby in the car. It was raining outside and we were just about to run into the farm shop after a rather disappointing photo trip to the Beacon. It had been a bit of a disaster as we didn’t even venture out of the car because you couldn’t see more than a metre infront of you which doesnt make a good environment for taking poppy poses! But this little man lit up the car with his smile, and suddenly the world was a better place.
My favourite photo from Laura’s feed has got to be this one, where baby and thd big one are enjoying some sibling time. I wonder what they were laughing about. I hope Monkey and Kipper are just as close when Kipper is older.
Come and join in by using the hashtag #rememberingthesedays. I look forward to seeing what everyone has been up to the week before the Summer holidays start.
Which one is your favourite I would love to hear in the comments below.
