So onto this weeks favourites, thank you to everyone that is using the tag, we have had almost 1300 posts now. Laura and I are both so happy that the community continues to grow. Its lovely to have you all and I really enjoy seeing everyones photos. Ive just signed up for a new photography class in the Autumn so I am hoping my skills will start to improve, although I am not sure I will every manage to reach the same level as some of these lovely shots:
- Enjoying running free in the fields of wheat by LifeasaSingleMum, the way the light falls makes the whole picture magical.
- Thank you ImEveryMum for bringing this lovely photo of MummyandMonkeys to our attention, you are indeed right it is a very precious picture.
- “We didn’t know we were making memories; we were just having fun.” If that doesn’t sum up this Instagram community Im not sure what does! Brilliant capture and words by CardiffMummySays
- Battle Kid becoming part of the ‘boy gang’ on the beach, I love the way Battlemum has captured the underneath of the pier in this photo
Please pop over and visit their feeds by clicking on the names above. Before we get on to the favourite photos from Laura’s and my feed, I just wanted to say huge congratulations to Helloarchie.blue who welcomed a new member of the family this week – Jesse Blue.
My favourite photo from my feed this week is this one of Kipper. It was taken for his three month photo in his little three month baby vest. I am not 100% sure what he was looking at as the photo was taken on our bed so he was gazing out of the window. I suspect it was trees swaying in the wind as he is simply fascinated by movement at the moment. Its a face he pulls quite often so very apt and definitely one to remember.
From Laura’s feed I am really loving the picture of The Big One at the Louvre in Paris enjoying the Egyptian exhibition. He looks like he’s having a whale of a time soaking up what culture.

Everyone goes to the Louvre to see the Mona Lisa but we were a little underwhelmed with thousands of people, maximum security, and in comparison to the other art on display a relatively small portrait behind glass. Yes I'm glad we saw the Mona Lisa but it's very difficult to explain the iconic nature of a picture to a near 4 year old who can't really see it. The Egyptian display however with lions that roar. Well that just comes to life….. . @preferredhotels #familytraveltruth #contest
Come and join in by using the hashtag #RememberingTheseDays, and please pass this tag to your Instagram buddies. I would be over the moon if we reached 2000 by this time next week! Although that maybe a tall order!
Which one is your favourite I would love to hear in the comments below.
