I am really excited to announce that Mudpie Fridays has been asked to be part of the Generation Graco Programme. Graco’s first baby product was born 60 years ago, today they offer solutions for the real world of parenting. Every car seats pushchair and home item is rigorously tested giving parents and their growing family, peace of mind and support – from bump to baby and beyond.
Generation Graco – Core Values
I am really looking forward to finding out more about the brand as our relationship develops. However I think like many parents their core values are very much aligned to what I would be looking for when buying pushchairs and car seats for the boys.
- Their innovation experts are always looking for the newest designs to help parent and baby
- They put safety at the core of all products and update and produce products that are compliant with evolving regulations
- They are trustworthy being one of the leading parent manufacturers for the last 60 years
Generation Graco – What I am looking forward to
Graco offers products including pushchairs, car seats, travel systems, swings, soothers, high chairs and play pens. As part of the programme I will get the opportunity to trial some brilliant products. I am particularly looking forward to trying out the SnugRide i-Size infant car seat as we need a rear facing seat for my husbands car since our old one doesn’t fit his new car. Now we all know that Kipper is a chunky baby but the SnugRide i-Size car seat goes up to 18 months and 13kg so we will get loads of use out of it. I also like the sound of the fact that it is compatible with their Click Connect Pushchairs as I have never been able to transfer him from car to buggy without waking him.
We will also be trailing the Graco Milestone All-in-One Car Seat which is the only seat we will ever need. The seat will take Kipper all the way up to 36kg, converting from a rear facing infant seat, to a forward facing five point harness to a high back booster. It sounds like there is going to be a really interesting campaign to accompany this so watch this space….
You know we love to travel here at Mudpie Fridays so Im excited to find out if the Featherweight Pushchair lives up to all my expectations. Its ultra-lightweight at 3.6kg which is less than both boys weighed when they were born! And gives it the title of being the lightest pushchair in the UK. The fact it has lie-flat capability means its suitable from birth and something we missed terribly in our recent trip to France with Eurocamp.
We will also be taking one of the Evo Family Pushchairs for a spin, the family consists of the Evo, Evo Avant and Evo XT. I buy on appearance most of the time – yes its a bad trait but I was instantly taken with the Evo Avant in the Brenton Stripe! I can imagine Kipper and I taking it for a spin around the cobbled shopping streets of a near by town. Also I always forget the rain cover… the fact it has an extra large canopy will save me on more than one occasion I am sure. Although if my husband was writing this he would be wanting the Evo XT because of the mud guards alone!!
So thats our exciting news! Watch this space as over the coming months, as I will be bringing you all things Graco.
