Beautiful Personalised Bunting

Beautiful Personalised Bunting: My poor second born child has a hand-me-down nursery, a nursery that we lovingly painted for his older brother Monkey. Everytime I walk into it although I love it still, just as much as I did first time round I feel a little kind of mummy guilt. Of course at fifteen months he still still too young to really notice. Recently I have been thinking about making it more his space.

When I suggested that perhaps we should redecorate it was met with a frown from the Hubby. So when I was contacted by Arty Apple to try out some of their lovely handmade creations I automatically opted for the personalised bunting. At last something I can put his name, something in his nursery that will be his and his alone not hand-me-down from his elder brother. There is a large choice of colours and designs to choose from. Thinking I will probably change the paint colour and theme of his nursery at some point in the future I went for the bright flag bunting. In the primary colours of red and blue along with green and white

I was really looking  forward to the bunting arriving and when it turned up I was not disappointed. It drive in a lovely kraft coloured box with the Arty Apple logo. Its perfectly presented and ideal for a  gift for someone. Inside the box the bunting is wrapped in tissue paper, which was automatically of interest for Kipper.  Thankfully I managed a quick photo before he stole it away. The bunting is impeccably made his name stitched to the middle flags in the smallest stitches. The quality of the fabric is brilliant and there are no loose cottons anywhere. I love the colours and knew that I had made the perfect choice for Kipper.

I ended up hanging the bunting in a different area in his room to the one I expected. It has ended up hung between the two shelving units in the centre of the room right next to the changing able. This means that every time I walk into the nursery now I see it and it makes me smile and helps with the mummy guilt (slightly). Kipper is also very interest in it and has tried to grab it on various occasions. I think it adds a lovely personal touch to the nursery. Monkey is now asking if he can have something similar for his room.

I am so impressed with the bunting and think that it will make a wonderful present for a new baby, a christening or even an older child. They even have personalised Birthday bunting which would make a lovely tradition. Arty Apple doesn’t just make bunting there is a whole host of personalised gifts including aprons, blankets, taggie blankets and bears to name a few.

If you would like to order your own bunting for something hand made the prices are extremely reasonable.  The flags cost £3 each, with a minimum order comprising of three flags with fourteen different colour ways/designs to choose from. But don’t just take my word for it, Arty Apple have very kindly given one of my readers the chance to win about a set of bunting of their own choice with a maximum of ten flags 20. Love how bunting can literally transform a room, I’ve had bunting for every single one of Boo’s birthdays but only the paper/card type, maybe it’s time to get her some pretty permanent bunting for her room…
