Seventh Birthday Questionnaire: I have been doing a  Birthday Questionnaire for Monkey for the last seven years. It’s a great way for me to remember the little things that make him who he is. Only this year there have been some significant changes in what he likes. It serves as a reminder just how quickly he is growing up. To me seven is so much older than six!

What is your favourite colour? – Gold & Silver (first time he has not send blue!)

What is your favourite toy? – My new Nintendo Switch

What is your favourite fruit? – Mango or pineapple can’t make his mind up between them. He had mango at Beavers because he could not have the donuts.

What is your favourite TV show? – Bear Ghrylls born survival or Crocodile Hunter with Steve Irwin. Last year it was Blaze and the Monster Machines – my little boys is growing up!

What is your favourite thing to eat for lunch? – Jacket potato with tuna mayo

What is your favourite outfit? – Football kit if he has to choose

What is your favourite game? – Monopoly

Where is your favourite food? – Taccos in soft shells shared around the kitchen table

What is your favourite animal? – Tiger or Lion

What is your favourite song? – Sucker for Pain or Monster by Imagine Dragons… last year it was Paw Patrol theme tune!!

What is your favourite book? – Bear Ghrylls box set

Who is your best friend? – Holly, Teddy, Dylan, Niall, Freddie & Arthur

What is your favourite sport? – Football or playground rugby

What is your favourite thing to do outside? – Playing football and night walks with Beavers and Daddy.

What is your favourite drink? – Slushy

What was your favourite holiday? – When we went to Crete and made dinner in the hills on a cooking course

What do you like to take to bed with you? – Bear Bear and Jarvi

What is your favourite thing to eat for breakfast? – Cake

What do you want for dinner on your birthday? – Smith & Westerns

What do you want to be when you grow up? – A survival expert like Bear Ghrylls.

  4. Errrm he’s covered quite a bit there 7 does sound older but then like myself I think my grandson at 5 is so much different to being 4 . They grow up too fast. Would he like a pet ? or if he could have one what would he want.

  9. I would start asking what his favourite thing to do in school is, it would be interesting to see how that changes over time.
