UPDATED 2022 – Family Halloween movies on Prime. One of the things that we really enjoy doing as Halloween season approaches is curling up on the sofa with hot chocolate to enjoy some Halloween movies. Unlike many of the other lists on the internet, this will give you details of the Halloween movies for kids which are currently showing on Amazon Prime video in the UK. I have included movies that are free to those that have an Amazon Prime Subscription. And some that you need to either rent or buy. Although you may be able to see them through some of the other streaming services. I have also compiled lists for; Halloween Movies on Netflix for kids and Halloween Movies on Disney+.
Family Halloween movies on Prime
The boys are currently aged ten and six. This means that Charlie is starting to want to watch some of the scarier movies. For this reason, I have split the list up into young kids, older kids and teenagers. Including the suggested rating and age banding were available to help you decide if the movie would be suitable for your child. I have tried to include something for the whole family we will be making the most of the Amazon streaming service as we travel for half term. - This is the original film which I watched myself as a little girl. A recently orphaned young boy is taken to England by his grandmother. At the hotel, he stumbles across a witches’ convention plotting to rid the world of children
Roald Dhal’s The Witches

- The reimagining of Roald Dahl’s humourise and heartwarming tale of a young boy and his grandmother’s encounter with deceptively glamourous but thoroughly diabolical witches. Stars Ann Hathaway.
Spooky Kids

All Hallows’ Eve
