The best jegging I have found. As a mum, my out of office wardrobe revolves around jeggings and pumps. Running around after the boys I do not have time to think about what I am going to wear. I just need something functional which will look okay on the school run, doing the food shopping or exploring our local National Trust. For a long time, jeggings have been my go-to. Yet I have always struggled to find the perfect jegging. Not anymore!
Love Leggings Jeggings
Now that is a tongue twister if ever I heard one! I have long been a fan of Love Leggings having used their sports leggings exclusively now for a couple of years. They are by far the best out there and I am not alone as their leggings have over 7000 5 star reviews on trust pilot. Initially starting with leggings which have been over 20 years in development and come in twenty different colours. They also cater for everyone as well, with their everyday leggings coming in sizes XXS to 5XL. They also offer tall and petite options across the whole size range.
I was excited to find out that they had recently branched into jeggings because I thought if anyone could get it right these guys could. And in my mind they have!
The Best Jegging I Have Found
So you may be wondering why do I love Love Leggings Jeggings so much? This is why:
Wide range of choice
We have all been there we find a really good pair of jeans, jeggings, linen trousers. Whatever the item of clothing is but they do not have the colour that will go with a specific outfit, handbag, pair of shoes or favourite top. Basically, we want more choice in colourways. Not only that but they tend to be too long or too short. Or worse you find exactly the right pair but they do not stock your size?
Well, Love Leggings offer both full length and ankle grazer versions in both petite and tall options! I chose the ankle grazer ones in the standard leg size, as although I am only 5ft 1 my leg length seems pretty standard. They fit perfectly finishing just on my ankle. They also come in size 6 to 28. Now not unsurprisingly they are popular so some options do sell out quickly. But on the website, it is possible to register for notifications of when your size and option is back in stock. With stock being replenished frequently you shouldn’t have to wait long. Plus they also have a range of maternity jeggings as well!
They also come in five different colour options, grey (which is my absolute favourite) black, dark blue, mid blue and light blue.
Price point
For me, clothing needs to be a reasonable price. Especially something like jeggings as they do get worn constantly and are susceptible to wear and tear especially when running around after the boys. No matter what length or size you pick they cost £28. Which I think is very reasonable when my last pair cost me £42 and are nowhere near as good as these.
How they wear
So they may have all the options and they may be well priced but if they do not wear well then what is the point. I was sent three different pairs to try out. Two o those pairs I have been wearing constantly over the last month. I wanted to see if they bagged when worn. Which they don’t. I wanted to see how they washed and if they shrunk. Which they haven’t. And I wanted to see if they went thin at the top of the legs. Which they haven’t. These are the three main things I look for when I am buying jeggings. You can see from the photo below the light blue paid have not been worn but the darker blue pair have and there is no difference. Even though the dark blue ones have been through the wash at least four times.
They make me feel good
Being a working mum of two who is now over forty and several dress sizes bigger than she use to be. I need clothes that will make me feel good. These Love Leggings Jeggings do just that, not only are they high waisted they do not roll down either. I can definitely see myself buying more and I have already started recommending them to friends.
