24 Firework Displays in Surrey 2024

We do love going to a spectacular fireworks display. We are very lucky living where we do as there are so many magical firework displays in Surrey. Which we can reach easily. This is not an exhaustive list so if you are aware of other firework displays in the local area please let me know. I will then add them to the list. Likewise, many of the bonfire night events are organised by local charities, bonfire societies and small local communities so there is not always a huge amount of information available. Firework Displays in Surrey

With Guy Fawkes night falling over a weekend this year, like last year many of the professional fireworks are on the Saturday night. With so many fantastic fireworks on offer, it is going to be difficult to decide which to Surrey fireworks visit.

Lingfield Park Racecourse – Night of Colours

Sunday 3rd November 4pm – 7pm
Ticket price – are as follows: Advance family ticket £32, Advance Adult ticket £11 (13 years +), Advance child’s ticket £9, Under 3’s free. Tickets need to be purchased in advance on their website.
Known for its corporate event you can also buy trackside restaurant tickets and premium viewing tickets. These are priced higher than the above prices and more information can be found on the link below. There will be parking available.
The gates open at 4 pm and we’re laying on some great entertainment for all ages throughout the evening to make your family night really fizz and pop. There are also fairground rides, plenty of food stalls offering hot snacks. Something for the whole family.
At 6 pm the pyrotechnics team will unleash the firework fiesta featuring an amazing display of rockets, Catherine wheels, fountains, Roman candles and more to some COLOURFUL music

Low Bangs Fireworks at Godstone Farm

Saturday 26th October and Sunday 27th October 5 pm – 7.30 pm
Ticket prices – Adults and children aged 2-16 – £14.50, 2 years old – £12.50, Under 1’s – Free
Advance tickets are recommended to be purchased online and can also be combined with farm entry (for an additional cost) to make a real special day of it. Great for young families due to noise restrictions and parking available on site this a very convenient option. Quiet fireworks are ideal for sensitive ears. Before the fireworks display, there is a fire display and a stilt walker. Same spectacular display but without the loud noises.

Newdigate Bonfire and Fireworks Display

Friday 26th October 6 pm – 9 pm
Ticket prices – A cash donations are requested £5 per adult and £2 per child or £10 per family.
This is a cash-only annual firework night celebration. The bonfire is lit at 6.30 pm and the firework display is planned to start at 8 pm. With a fair ground also on site there is something to keep the children entertained while waiting. There is a community feel with a Build a Guy Competition running. Guys should be waiting by the village club at 6 pm for judging at 6.15 pm
Parking is possible but it is recommended to take public transport.
BBQ available with burgers, hot dogs and soft drinks and a fully licensed bar down at The Village Club.

Chobham Rugby Fireworks

November 1st 6 pm – 10 pm
Ticket prices – This is a ticketed event with advanced tickets only, it is worth buying early since they often sell out. Adult tickets £9.50 Children £6.50. Early bird tickets also available.
Parking is possible but it is recommended to take public transport.
All under 16’s must be accompanied by an adult. Gates open at 6 pm, with the bonfire being lit at 7 pm and fireworks starting at 8 pm. There is also a fancy dress scariest outfit competition judged at 6.45 in the clubhouse.

Ripley Bonfire Night

Saturday 26th October 1 pm – till late
No mention of ticket prices
All proceeds for food and drinks go towards the community events
Parking is possible but public transport is advisable
One of the biggest firework displays in the South East attracting up to 12,000 people. It starts at 1 pm with an extensive funfair including bumper cars. Plenty of bar and food stalls, and a real ale marquee and beer hall will open at 4 pm on the village green where the bonfire will be lit. The traditional procession will take place from 7.10 pm ready for the bonfire to be lit at 7.30 pm. There is a big fireworks display later in the evening and live music.

Kempton Park Fireworks

Saturday 2nd November 5pm – 10pm
Ticket Prices – £10 per person with under 5s being free. You need to book your tickets well in advance as it has sold out for the last three years.
A fun-filled evening for everyone including seasonal food and drinks, a funfair and the spectacular firework display. Heart FM’s Toby Anstis will be our host for the evening playing a Club Classics set filled with dance floor bangers. This spectacular evening of fireworks definitely has the wow factor.
The gates open at 5 pm and fireworks start at 7,30pm and the funfair ends at 10 pm
The funfair rides will be accepting cash payments. Food and drink will be available you can not bring your own.

Fireworks night at Oakfield Primary School – Leatherhead

Friday 11th October – 5.30 pm – 7.30 pm – TBC 2023
Tickets – £7 in advance and £8 on the night, Under 3’s Free
Advanced tickets only. Entrance is permitted with a valid wristband which can be purchased online in advance.
Parking is possible but public transport is advisable
Like lots of bonfire nights this is a local event taking place at the Oakfield Primary School in Leatherhead. A magical fireworks display with drinks and food is available on-site for evening fun. Perfect families with children young and old and ideal if you are looking for an earlier show. As part of the booking process, you can also pre-book glow toys and Crispy Creme Donuts.

Imber Court – East Moseley

Saturday 5th November – 4 pm to 9 pm with last entry at 6.45 pm
Ticket Prices – £11.25 for adults, 2-15 year olds £6 and under 2s free. They also offer a family ticket for £28.85

Richmond Athletic Association – Annual Fireworks

Saturday 3rd November 4.30 pm -9pm with last entry at 6.30 pm
Ticket prices – Advanced tickets only £17.50 for a grandstand ticket, £12 for an adult and children (5-15) £6.
There is limited parking available on a first come first served basis, the car park costs £15.
It’s a spectacular evening of family fun with a choreographed fireworks display by multi award-winning Dragon Fireworks, live entertainment prior to the fireworks spectacle as well as funfair rides, mulled wine, hot dogs, candy floss and popcorn stalls and an after-party in the Members Bar.
The fireworks start at 7 pm.

Farnham Fireworks

Saturday 2nd November – starts at 5pm
Ticket prices – Early bird tickets are available online £9 for adults, £4 for children with under 2s free and a family ticket for £22. You should be able to pay for it on the night although tickets will be more expensive.
Parking is possible but public transport is advisable
The traditional torchlight procession takes place with the mayor of Farnham up Castle Street towards Farnham Park where the bonfire will be lit. The procession starts at 6.15 pm, the bonfire will be lit at 7.15 pm and the fireworks start at 7.45 pm. There will be food and drink available at the park, including a hog roast, and you can expect a stunning fireworks display. Live entertainment and an award-winning band throughout the night. One of the best traditional fireworks displays.

Guildford Fireworks Display – Lions Firework Fiesta

Saturday 2nd November 5 pm – 8.30 pm
Tickets – £12.50 for adults plus a booking fee Children under 16 are free. Some early bird tickets for £10. It is not possible to buy tickets on the day, advanced tickets only.
Parking is possible at the Spectrum and Guildford College but public transport is advisable
Taking place in Stoke Park this truly is a community event and one of the best firework displays in Surrey. One of the large events when it comes to firework displays in Surrey. There will be a bonfire and fantastic firework display plus some live music. There will be food and drink available. With a very wide selection of food on offer. As well as 3 bars for 2023 – a fully Licensed Bar, a Real Ale Bar and a Munich Bierkeller in addition coffee, tea and soft drinks will also be available.
This year, there is a live band called The Hired Guns a high-energy party band playing The Killers, George Ezra, Kings of Leon, Taylor Swift. Playing from 6 pm to 8.30 pm with fireworks starting at 8.30 pm. There is also an LED entertainment and special effects area for children to enjoy.

Woking Fireworks Extravaganza

Saturday 9th November 5.30 pm – 8.30 pm
Ticket prices – Advanced ticket prices – £9 Adult £4.50, Ages 5-16 and Under 5’s free and a family ticket – £22.50 (2 adults, 2 children). Prices will be more expensive on the night.
Parking is available close by. Public transport is your most straightforward option.
Taking place in Woking Park you have the community lead fireworks display with a bonfire. This years theme is “Rock through the Ages”. Some of the biggest rock anthems from the last 60 years will feature, all synchronised to our fabulous fireworks display. This year we are introducing additional, new pyro-musical display not seen at this event before.
There will be drinks and food available throughout the evening and some entertainment as well. Gates opening at 5.30 pm. With fireworks starting at 7.30 pm with the 25-minute firework display ending at 7.55 pm

Chiddingfold Bonfire Night

Saturday 2nd November 7 pm – 9.30 pm
Ticket Prices – free although donations are requested. All proceeds for food and drinks go towards community events
Parking is possible but public transport is advisable. Shuttle buses and park and rides are available but once they are full there is no more space.
There are plenty of stalls and fun to be had at this local community event. Most notably, you can get involved with the procession as torches as 400 torches will be available to purchase from St Mary’s School before the procession is due to depart from there at 6.30 pm. The bonfire will be lit half an hour later, and then there will be an epic fireworks display to enjoy from 8 pm onwards.

Bramley Bonfire and Fireworks

Saturday 2nd November 6 pm – 8.30 pm
No mention of ticket prices. They are actively fundraising for this event via their facebook page and Just Giving.
All proceeds for food and drinks go towards the community events
Parking is possible but public transport is advisable.
This always promises to be a spectacular community-filled event with a procession taking place as well as a brilliant bonfire ceremony. The fireworks display takes place later in the evening. You will find that there is plenty of food and drink available. There is also a guy competition taking place as well. Keep an eye on their facebook and instagram pages for updates on the events.

Brockham Bonfire

Saturday 2nd November 5.3 0pm – 8.30 pm
Ticket prices – £10 per car for parking which opens at 4.30 pm first come first served. Please note roads close at 5.30 pm
All proceeds for food and drinks goes towards community events. They are also actively fundraising using the link below.
Parking is possible but public transport is advisable. There will also be shuttle buses available. Visitors should bring cash, parking is cash only and is located in the farmer’s fields.
This is one of the largest fireworks displays in Surrey. A brilliant bonfire night is organised every year by the local parish council. Including a torchlit procession and a guy placed on top of the bonfire. There will be food and drinks available, including the two-tailed hog roast, lots of entertainment, as well as the highly anticipated fireworks display. The Torchlight procession starts at 6.15 pm, the lighting of the bonfire at 7.45 pm with the fireworks starting at 8.15 pm.

Cranleigh Lions Bonfire and Fireworks Display

Saturday 2nd November 1 pm – 10 pm
Ticket Prices – A £10 donation is kindly requested and all proceeds for food and drinks go towards the community events.
Parking is possible but public transport is advisable. There will also be shuttle buses available.
A great event taking place locally with the fun fair on the common from 1 pm. You can also get involved with the torch procession as you can buy torches from the local Co-Op for £5 each as well as join in with the lighting of the bonfire. The Fireworks are set to music and there will be food and drinks available. The procession starts at 6.10 pm and there is a guy competition 6.30 pm and the firework display starts at 7.10 pm.

Epsom Fireworks Display

Saturday 9th November – Gates open at 5.30 pm
Ticket prices – Standard entry is £8.50 in advance or £15 closer to the time. Under 5’s free. Epsom Firework Display also offers Premium tickets. These cost £30 each, which gives you access to dedicated entrances and a VIP area at the front of the arena where you can watch the display.
Parking is possible but public transport is advisable. A free park-and-ride service will be available.
This is a lovely event to take children to. There is a dedicated show just for children at 6.30 pm with the main event taking place at 7.30 pm. Taking place at Hook Road Arena you can enjoy an epic display. This is an event that has years of history and delivers every year.

Banstead Cricket Club

Saturday 2nd November 6.30 pm – 8 pm
No mention of ticket prices, although donations are requested.
All proceeds for food and drinks goes towards community events
Parking is possible but public transport is advisable. There will also be shuttle buses available.
A great local event taking place at the Cricket Club. You will be able to purchase food and drinks there and enjoy an epic fireworks display.

Haslemere Museum Fireworks Display

Dates not confirmed for 2024
Ticket prices – Adult Member £8.00, Child member 2-11 years £6.00, Adult non-member £10.00, Child non-member 2-11 years £8.00. Tickets go on sale on the 18th of September. It is advisable to buy tickets in advance.
No babies or children in pushchairs permitted. Parking is possible but public transport is advisable. There will also be shuttle buses available.
There is an epic display with the traditional lighting of the bonfire to take place. Refreshments are available and an all-around lovely family vibe at this local event.

Beacon Hill Fireworks Display

Saturday 2nd November – 4 pm – 7 pm
Ticket prices – £6.50 per person. Children under 4 go free. You need to purchase these online in advance.
Lots of fun and entertainment from fire dancers
Parking is available close by. Public transport is your most straightforward option.
A great local event taking place at Woolmer Hill School. The gate opens at 4 pm and there will be the opportunity to enjoy food and drinks. There is entertainment in the form of fire dancers and the finale of the fireworks will take place at 6.30 pm. All the proceeds go back into the Primary School which helps fund the school library, coach for the O2 choir, playground improvements, additional classroom resources as well as enable lots of smaller projects.

Horley Town Fireworks Display

Saturday 2nd November 6 pm – 9 pm
Ticket prices – Adult ticket £6, 5-16year olds £3 Under 5’s free. Family tickets are also available at £15
Parking is available close by. Public transport is your most straightforward option.
Run by the Horley Lions Club. Taking place at Horley Recreation Ground you can expect the barbecue bar to be open as well as other refreshments on site. The bonfire will be lit at 7.00 pm and the fireworks display starts at 7.30 pm. Promises to be one not to be missed.

Morden Park & Wimbledon Park Musical Fireworks

Sunday 2nd November gates open at 6.15 pm Morden Park
Tuesday 5th November gates open at 6.15 pm Wimbledon Park
Ticket Prices – tickets can be purchased through See Tickets. They cost £11.66 for an adult, £9.01 for a child and £33.92 for a family purchased as early bird tickets.
There will be no tickets available at the door. Something really different about this one is that they have two fireworks shows. A magical firework display at 6.45 pm for younger children and then another at 8.30 pm. Funfair will close at 10 pm.
There are also food stalls and fairground rides. The fairground rides close at 10 p.m.
